Memrith · Desktop application

• Built to solve my own problems with AI: memory locked to a single model, context that collapsed under large sets of documents, and memories that tangled together the longer a conversation lived.
• Memrith keeps a permanent, structured memory on the user's own machine instead: independent of any one provider, so switching models no longer means starting over, and organized and searchable, so it scales past what a chat window can hold.
• Written for macOS and Windows as a fully self-contained build: a Python engine behind a local interface, with on-device semantic search and a timeline that keeps a growing memory bank in order.

HaradaOS · Web application

• Modeled on the Harada Method (the Japanese goal-achievement system that breaks one ultimate goal into supporting pillars and daily actions) and on the open-window chart Shohei Ohtani famously used to plan his rise in high school.
• I run my own academics through it: the active chart points at a single goal, graduating with honors, held up by eight pillars (coursework, study systems, professor relationships, health, and time management among them), each broken into objectives the app schedules into my day.
• Daily follow-through earns experience points, levels, and streaks, which turns long-term consistency into something I can see, and something I do not want to break.
